1. Returns Overview

At KINGQUEEN, we take pride in our premium craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all KINGQUEEN tags still attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including custom-tailored pieces, intimate wear, and personalized accessories. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for luxury items.
